TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter of the 2024 Natural Gas Trade Competition (Competition) is Jemena Gas Networks (NSW) Ltd (ABN 87 003 004 322) of Level 16, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000 (Promoter).
2. The Competition is managed by iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd (ABN 17 110 897 320) (iGo) on behalf of the Promoter and all queries, comments or disputes should be directed in the first instance to iGo, at support@yourlocalappliancerewards.com.au or 1800 427 608.
3. To enter the Competition, entrants (you/your) must:
   1. be 18 years or older;
   2. have sold a Natural Gas Appliance within the Jemena Gas Network region* in NSW in the Promotional Period; and
   3. be authorised by your employer to enter the Competition.
      
4. The Competition commences on 1 June 2024 and ends at 5.00pm AEST on 31 December 2024 (Promotional Period).
5. There will one draw each month, drawn the following dates and times:

6. To be eligible for a monthly prize, you must:
   
   1. sell a Natural Gas Appliance within the Jemena Gas Network region in NSW within the Promotional Period;
   2. complete the [entry form] at [www.ylar.com.au/trade] by including name and contact details, your business’ details, proof of sale details including invoice number, date of sale and type and brand of Natural Gas Appliance sold;
   3. confirm that you are authorised by your employer to participate in the Competition; and
   4. select which prize you would like the chance to win from the drop down menu.
7. The following products are eligible Natural Gas Appliances: a natural gas ducted heating system, hot water system, flued heater, pool/spa heater, portable heater or BBQ/cooktop product (Natural Gas Appliance).
8. You are only entitled to submit entries in respect of a sale of a Natural Gas Appliance provided you have the consent of your employer (if applicable) to do so. Entrants are asked to confirm this on entry.
9. An entry must be received before 5.00pm on the Draw Date to be eligible for that month’s draw. See section 5 for Draw Dates. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.
10. Once an entry is submitted it stays in the draw.
11. You may enter the Competition as many times as you like, but only one entry is permitted per sale/invoice.
12. iGo collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may disclose such information to third parties, including to the Promoter for this purpose. Entry is conditional on this information being provided. . You may view the Promoter’s Privacy Policy | Jemena, and email privacyenquiries@jemena.com.au if you have any concerns or wish to access and correct the personal information the Promoter holds about you. All personal information will be securely stored.
13. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
14. Entrants must retain a copy of proof of sale. iGo will contact winners to sight or obtain a copy of the original proof of sale document to verify the sale. Such documentation must show the business’ details and invoice number submitted with the online entry, date of sale and the type and brand of Natural Gas Appliance sold. It must not contain any customer personal information. If the winner is not able to provide this information within 7 days, the prize will be unclaimed and there will be an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with section 20

Prizes

15. The total prize value is up to [$8,500].
16. Entrants must select which prize they would like a chance to win when submitting their entry application.
17. The winner for each monthly draw will be the first entry drawn electronically at the business premises of the Promoter on the Draw Date and Time described in section 5.
18. The winner of each monthly draw will be notified by email to the email address supplied with the entry within 2 business days of the draw and, subject to section 14, their names published on the Promoter’s website (www.yourlocalappliancerewards.com.au/traderewards/winners) for 1 month.
19. The prize chosen by the winner of the monthly draw will sent out to their nominated address.
20. Should any prizes remain unclaimed as at 5.00pm AEST on 1 February 2025, the Promoter may conduct a further draw as is necessary in order to distribute the prizes, at the same place as the original draw at 5.00pm AEST. The winner of each redraw will be notified by SMS to the number supplied with the entry within 2 business days of the draw and, subject to section 14, their names published on the Promoter’s website (www.yourlocalappliancerewards.com.au/traderewards/winners) for 1 month. If the winner is not able to meet the requirements of section 14, the prize will be forfeited.
21. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements.

Exclusions

22. Entry to the Competition is not open to consumers.
23. Entries will not be accepted after the Promotional Period. This includes all re-submissions previously rejected entries.
24. Entries must include all requested contact details and proof of sale details to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy or has breached these Terms of Entry.
26. The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this Competition.
27. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or liability caused in connection with this Competition.
29. Any costs associated with entering the Competition is the entrant's responsibility.
30. Nothing in these Terms of Entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the states and territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Jemena (including its ‘related bodies corporate’ as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability howsoever caused for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition including arising out of any:
    1. technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control);
    2. theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    3. claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected;
    4. tax liability incurred by an individual; or
    5. use or redemption of a prize.
31. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Competition at any time if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition.
